To meet the expectations of the customers of CGL – Casa das Gaxetas as to quality of our products and services in industrial seals, by means of the continuous improvement of processes, and always aiming at the best results.
Project “Towards ISSO”
In a partnership with Sebrae, we are developing the Quality Management System, which aims at obtaining the ISO 9001/2000 certification, expected for November 2007. We are working hard towards our team members’ qualifications and the reengineering of our processes to better meet our customers’ expectations.
Project SEBRAE
Suppliers for the oil and gas segments aim at increasing productivity and efficiency to secure better competitive advantages, by promoting courses, training programs and consulting activities.
The Project Reengineering of the Supply Chain for the Oil and Gas Industry conducted by SEBRAE/RS in a partnership with Rede Petro, with the State Government and Petrobras, relies on the support of the companies Copesul, Petroquímica Triunfo, and Innova.
The project undergoes quarterly evaluations and CGL _casa das Gaxetas Ltda. has been playing an important role in it, being awarded 4 gold medals in row, for related achievements.
