Anti-extrusion rings

Characteristics: Anti-extrusion rings fill the diameter clearance in the system, preventing extrusion. Anti-extrusion rings are manufactured with material that is harder than that seals are manufactured with.

Guide rings

Characteristics: Guide rings guide the piston and the rod in hydraulic cylinders, thus absorbing radial loads. They distribute the diameter clearance evenly, preventing the contact between metal parts in the cylinder.

Gaskets

Characteristics: Gaskets are one-direction sealing elements used in pistons and rods of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.

O-rings

Characteristics: O-rings are circular, continuous sealing rings, with a round transversal section. O-rings are used mostly for static sealing purposes. In some special conditions, they may be used as dynamic, two-direction seals.

O-rings are the most versatile among all seals available, and are used in most sealing systems.

Wipers

Characteristics: Wipers are elements of hydraulic or pneumatic systems that act over the rod, removing dust and abrasive particles to protect the inner surface of the equipment.

Oil seals

Characteristics: Oil seals are dynamic seals, used in low-pressure rotary systems to seal off oil or grease.

V-rings

Characteristics: V-rings are face-seal fittings that are mounted on the shaft and that spin accordingly. V-rings are used as sealing rings, as wipers and as centrifuging rings in high-rotation or low-pressure systems.

Special seals

Characteristics: The Sealjet system us the state-of-the-art way to manufacture seals. These are machined seals, comprising an array of 150 different profiles and reaching sizes of 580 mm, in several materials: PU, NBR, PTFE, SILICON, VITON, EPDM, POLYACETAL and NYLON.

X-rings

Characteristics: X-rings are four-lip seals used in similar manner to o-rings. X-rings offer several advantages over o-rings, the most significant one being the lower attrition coefficient.
